She has experience in managerial positions in marketing and strategic business planning at Honda Motor, SEGA, an IT venture, and a boutique consulting firm. Since her childhood and including her years of study at Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University, Yayoi has lived in the United States for sixteen years. She has a deep insight into cross-cultural issues in personal and professional aspects, such as diversity and inclusion, adaptation to alien context environment, and social and cultural habits of the U.S. and Japan.
